Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is not right, we want to know so we can review it properly and respond clearly.

Step 1: Contact us first

You can raise a complaint by phone or email. Please include your name, contact details, what happened, the outcome you are seeking and any supporting documents.

We will acknowledge your complaint, review the issue and aim to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible through our internal dispute resolution process.

Step 2: External dispute resolution through AFCA

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to take it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

AFCA is an external dispute resolution scheme for eligible financial complaints, including complaints about credit, finance and loans.
